Thinking of a last, extra level

With version 1.8 I considered the game finished but lately I have been thinking about creating a last one level, one which is to be considered an extra level.

Very likely I will make it playable from the beginning, need to think about that.

Any suggestion is welcome as long as the idea for the level mantains tha original feel and does not intruduce too many new elements.
